I

Who We Are

Padang is a Singapore financial education business registered and operating at 11 Cluny Road, #02-14, Singapore 259572. We may be contacted by telephone at +65 6273 6148 or by email at [email protected].

We are the data controller for the personal data we collect in connection with our programmes and our website.

II

What Data We Collect

We collect only the data we need to administer programme enquiries, enrolments and follow-up communications. This may include:

  • Your name and, where provided, the name of your spouse or partner
  • Your email address and telephone number
  • Your postal address, if required for correspondence
  • Notes from your initial enquiry, including the programme you are enquiring about and any questions you have raised
  • Payment records relating to programme enrolment
  • Feedback you provide after attending a session

We do not collect financial account details, investment portfolio information or any personal financial data through this website. If such information is shared during a Private Retirement Review session, it is handled strictly within the context of that programme and is not retained beyond what is necessary for the programme's educational purposes.

III

How We Use Your Data

We use personal data only for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our programmes
  • To process enrolment and issue confirmation of booking
  • To send programme-related communications, including session reminders and material updates
  • To send post-programme follow-up correspondence, where you have indicated you are comfortable receiving this
  • To keep a record of attendance for internal programme management purposes
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a Singapore business

We do not use personal data for marketing purposes beyond the communication described above, and we do not use automated profiling or make automated decisions based on your data.

IV

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. We do not have commercial relationships with financial institutions, insurance companies or product distributors, and we do not pass participant information to such parties.

We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating the business — for example, a payment processing provider or an email communications platform — where those providers are contractually bound to handle data only on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We may be required to disclose information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where the law obliges us to do so.

V

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations. As a general guide:

  • Enquiry records where no enrolment followed: up to twelve months from the date of enquiry
  • Enrolment and attendance records: up to five years from the date of programme completion, in line with standard business record-keeping practice
  • Payment records: as required by Singapore tax and accounting regulations

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

VI

Your Rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Withdraw consent to the use of your personal data for certain purposes, subject to legal and contractual restrictions

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] or by telephone at +65 6273 6148. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

VII

Website Data and Cookies

Our website may collect standard technical data about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit duration. This data is collected via analytics tools and is used only to understand how the website is used so that we can improve it. It is not used to identify individuals.

We use cookies to support website functionality and to gather anonymised usage statistics. For full details of the cookies we use and your choices regarding them, please read our Cookie Policy.

VIII

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. These measures include secure data storage, access controls and the use of encrypted communications where appropriate.

No system of data transmission or storage can be entirely secure. If you have concerns about the security of information you have provided to us, please contact us directly.

IX

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Any material changes will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
